Algebra 1 (taught by Ms. Gonzalez):  Students in ELD Algebra 1 class are working on finding the area and perimeter of algebra tiles to be able to convert that into binomial expressions.  

 
 
 

ELD Math (taught by Ms. Burnham): Students are learning the area and perimeter of 2D shapes, including rectangles, triangles and circles while learning practicing collaboration skills in their collaborative groups.

 

 

 

  

The Fresh Company (taught by Ms. Hickman and Mr. Molstad): George Milton is charged with the First Degree Murder of Lennie Small. Prosecution and Defense teams are poring over evidence and using the persuasive techniques of ethos, pathos, and logos to make their case. Will Mr. Milton be found guilty? Or not guilty?

 

 

 

 

Physgebra (taught by Mr. Liu and Ms. Mia): In Algebra, students will be starting to learn about Systems of Equations.  They will be using this information to eventually participate in the Spring Festival for 2019.  Each student group will be selling a product to our students and using a system of equations to analyze profit.  

 

 

In Physics, students will be completing their Car Crash / Egg Drop project.  Students are currently the physics of what makes a collision damaging.
