Objective: The expectation is to pass Physical Education.  Need to achieve a passing grade for 2 years in order to graduate high school.

Physical Education (Virtual) Syllabus

• Agency (Active participation) (40%)

• Attendance-Showing up on time with zoom and having camera on
• Wear appropriate PE clothes
• Stretching
• Note taking on sports and health
• Participation on work out exercises

• Fitness (30%)

• Performance on strava free app   

• Run-a mile or more

• Bike 30 or more minutes

• Walk 30 or more minutes
• Skateboard 30 or more minutes

• Non-strava users will require a written list of activities for over 30 minutes and a parent signature
