good morning ladies and gentlemen today I'm here not only as a student and Novelty I am here as part of the homeless Community I'm here to make sure people have the same what time is that I have been offered  although I have been more fortunate than other people that have been living in visibly before our own eyes I know what it's like to be in the streets to switch your like nobody there to help ashamed to tell anyone about my situation afraid to be labeled and compared with but I thought were the worst people in Mount of imaginable doing my time as part of this wonderful Community I have learned to listen to truly understand the different reasons why the support  some have lost their loved ones since someone accepted for who they were as of now I'm not afraid to hold my head up and say I am homeless but not I'm human I know many of the council members think about the benefits of the linkage being how it could potentially affect our city it's their job but I can play this just forget to text put make the most Financial influence of people to pay their fair share to the community I'll ask them to not leave the humanity behind to not allow money getting the way overcoming their Brother's Keeper I will urge them so call Century City it's a real Century for people thank you very much Benjamin Auto Serrano where Thiago speaking on behalf of those in need and demand necessary action like the linkage me to be taking it serious consideration and passed as I will aware we don't make the change if we don't want you guys to community thank you for your time we'll be going into city hall now to speak with the members of the city council thank you we're going to we're going to get ready to go
